Friends of the Library |

| The Friends of the Library is a volunteer
organization that exists to: |

- Promote Use of the Library
- Enhance its Image in the Area
- Provide Supplemental Financial Support
|
| |
| Friends fundraising efforts include annual
bake sales, book fairs and the sale of commemorative Library
items. |
| |
| Some Friends volunteer on a regular basis
and help with shelving materials and making sure that
the shelves are in order and neat. Other Friends are very
willing to bake, help with programming, plan fundraisers
and other things that need to be done. |
| |
| Over the years, the Friends have provided
funds for programming and facility needs which are outside
the parameters of the regular Library budget. |
