The Oil City Library maintains meeting rooms: one large meeting room and one smaller conference room. The rooms may be scheduled for use by nonprofit organizations at no cost and for business organizations or individuals at a $30 usage fee.

To schedule the meeting rooms, please call the Library at 814.678.3072. Also, select the Meeting Rooms link on the left hand side of the Home Page to read the meeting room policy and application, which can be printed, permitting you to complete the application portion (the last page) and return it to the Library.
